Since August, to demonstrate care for frontline employees working tirelessly in the summer heat and to boost morale, ZHGAS leadership has launched a "Cooling Supplies, Care, and Health Support" initiative while inspecting project progress.
General Manager Yu Kuangshi and Deputy General Manager Meng Guangjun, accompanied by administrative staff, visited project sites including Xinjiang Yihua and Jiangsu Delong. They distributed cooling supplies such as fruits, beverages, refrigerators, and water dispensers to employees enduring high temperatures to meet deadlines. The leaders acknowledged their hard work, expressed gratitude, and encouraged teams to persist in their efforts.
During the visits, the leadership urged project managers to prioritize heatstroke prevention and cooling measures,emphasizing: “Your health and safety are ZHGAS’s greatest assets—Safety First.” They also motivated all staff to overcome challenges, ensure timely project execution, deliver high-quality outcomes, and achieve satisfactory results for clients.
