Process

Utilizes air/O₂-enriched gas to combust gasification ash /slag, generating steam for power/heat while addressing key challenges:

• Ultra-fine particles

• Low volatile content

• High ignition temperature

Outputs

• Power generation

• Building materials production



High-Temperature Preheating & Melting Gasification Technology

Process

Utilizes pure oxygen gasification to pre-activate gasification ash/slag in CGAS gasifier, followed by gasification in a high-temperature entrained flow gasifier. 

Outputs

• Syngas for power/chemical production

• Vitrified slag (water-quenched)
