Recently, CAS Hefei Coal Gasification Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "ZHGAS") signed a contract with Hebei Zhongmei Xuyang Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Zhongmei Xuyang") for the construction of the dust removal and indirect cooling system supporting its hydrogen energy integration project. This collaboration marks a new contribution to the development of the hydrogen energy industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
Founded in 2003, Zhongmei Xuyang is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Xuyang Group. Covering over 60 mu (approximately 40,000 m²) with a total investment of RMB 190 million, the hydrogen energy integration base is set to become the largest combined high-purity hydrogen and liquid hydrogen production facility and hydrogen energy support center in the region. The project will play a key role in optimizing the energy structure of Dingzhou City and the wider Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area, advancing the region’s carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.
ZHGAS will provide a customized coal gas dust removal and indirect cooling system for the project. This system integrates water-cooled cyclone pre-dedusting, dry dust removal, and indirect cooling technologies into a unified process that purifies coal gas while recovering dust and enhancing pollution control performance. Based on ZHGAS’s circulating fluidized bed gasification technology, the system reflects years of experience in the development, design, and operation of dry cooling and purification technologies. It has been innovatively adapted for integration with fixed-bed gasification systems.
This dust removal and cooling technology has already been successfully implemented in projects by well-known enterprises such as Jinneng Group, Lanhua Group, Heyou Chemical, and Blue Sail Chemical, receiving widespread acclaim from clients.
