To further motivate employees, enhance cohesion, enrich cultural life, alleviate work pressure, foster communication, and provide hands-on exposure to coal gasification projects, ZHGAS organized a team-building event allowing designers and participants to witness their own engineered gasification facilities. This initiative aimed to boost employees’ sense of achievement, belonging, and pride.

On June 27, 2019, ZHGAS (CAS Hefei Gasification Technology Co., Ltd.) launched its annual team-building event themed "Ignite Passion, Strengthen Team Spirit" in the coastal city of Lianyungang.

Over the past two years, ZHGAS’s rapid and stable growth has relied on every employee’s dedication, teamwork, and perseverance. As an ancient proverb states: “A thousand united achieve the strength of thousands; a million divided achieve nothing.” Teams form the foundation of the company, shaping its operations and prospects. Effective teamwork and morale directly influence ZHGAS’s pace and potential. A strong team galvanizes individual potential, making team-building critical for a enterprise.

To enhance collaboration and mutual support, this event featured meticulously planned highlights:

Highlight 1: Exploration of Huaguo Mountain, a boat tour of Liandao Island, and team-building exercises.

General Manager Yu outlined annual goals, progress, challenges, and priorities via PowerPoint.  Deputy General Manager Meng guangjun updated attendees on procurement, project advancements, and HR/administrative efforts. Dr. Liu presented R&D department updates, quarterly milestones, and future plans.
