At 8:30 AM on May 11, 2020, the No. 1 gasifier of the Huiran Industry Gas Station Air Preheater Renovation Project (hereinafter referred to as the "Huiran Project") was successfully ignited, marking the successful completion of the project construction (the No. 2 gasifier had already been successfully ignited on April 23). Meng Guangjun, Deputy General Manager of ZHGAS, Liu Jiapeng, Chief Engineer, Han Peng, Engineering Director, and Zhao Xiao, Executive Vice General Manager of Jiangsu Huiran Industry Co., Ltd, attended the ignition ceremony.

Since April, multiple projects of ZHGAS have successively resumed work and production. While fully implementing epidemic prevention and control measures, all project departments, under the unified deployment and direction of the company leadership, have been diligently yet orderly carrying out construction work, striving to recover losses caused by project delays due to the epidemic. Currently, all projects have established dedicated epidemic prevention and control working groups, formulated special action plans and work procedures, and implemented specific epidemic prevention and control measures and requirements

In mid-February, ZHGAS signed a contract with Jiangsu Huiran Industry Co., Ltd. for an upgrade and renovation project related to coal gas station air preheaters. An agreement in principle had already been reached before the Spring Festival. After the New Year, affected by the epidemic, both parties followed special period work guidelines to avoid personnel gatherings and reduce travel. They negotiated cooperation details via video conference and completed the signing through mail. This signing process was streamlined and efficient, promoting normal business operations while avoiding personnel gatherings, demonstrating ZHGAS's proactive measure in quick response to the call for "simultaneously controlling the epidemic and promoting economic development."

As construction progresses, the Guizhou Hongsheng Synthetic Ammonia Fixed-Bed Gasification Section Renovation Project, undertaken by ZHGAS , has entered the intense DCS system commissioning phase. According to the work plan, on the afternoon of December 26, the Guizhou Hongsheng project department took the lead in organizing DCS system operation and maintenance training. A team of instructors, jointly formed by ZHGAS's electrical and instrumentation engineers and the DCS system manufacturer's instrumentation engineers, provided training to over ten people from the owner's side, including operators and maintenance workers. ZHGAS's Debugging and After-Sales Service Center assisted in executing related work.

As winter set in, temperatures in Xinjiang's Zhundong Wucaiwan area continued to drop, with daily highs often hovering around minus ten degrees Celsius. However, at the construction site of ZHGAS.'s Xinjiang Yihua Coal Gasification Plant Project, a group of dedicated engineers and construction workers remain, battling the snow and severe cold. While prioritizing "safety and quality," they are racing against time to ensure the project progresses on schedule.
